About Me
I am a Placer County native who has worked primarily for small businesses for my entire career. My key goal is to lend my expertise to businesses in the Placer / Sacramento area to help them achieve their goals and expand their digital reach. I wish to focus on businesses who may not have a marketing department, and show them that they may not need one. Through my experience and education in all things 'digital marketing' (as well as video), I will take your social media and website to the next level.

In my brief time with this organization I was afforded the opportunity to run several successful campaigns. These were primarily conducted through social media channels as well as some inclusions from local radio and newspaper. Expanding social media reach as well as improving sentiment were the key goals which we were able to meet.

Lake of The Pines Association
While at Lake of The Pines I was responsible for the writing, editing, and publication of two weekly e-newsletters. In addition to this I was the executive editor of the Lake of The Pines newspaper. The most important project I undertook was the promotion and launch of a new Lake of The Pines website and mobile application. While working with a contractor to design the back-end of both platforms I performed large scale communications tasks to prepare the community for the switchover to the new platforms. In addition to this I performed numerous web design and content tasks in preparation for the launch of the new platforms. Further, I was able to grow their social media presence and communications markedly.

During my time at Sacramento State University I had the opportunity to get a fantastic amount of experiential education. I worked with the Community Engagement Center producing outreach materials such as video and brochures. I worked with Sac State's Student Health Center to develop content for and expand their social media. Most importantly I spent a full year with the Department of Child Support Services creating and scheduling content on not only their internal social media channels but also the channels of three grant counties. This was a total of 12 social media accounts I was managing. In addition to this I was constantly reporting on their growth and trying to adapt the pages in real-time.
